Delete your oto account

oto, the travel journal by Ilica One Technologies LLP.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open oto and go to Profile.
2. Optionally tap Download my data to keep a copy.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email business@ilica.in from the email address you sign in with, asking to delete your oto account. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything: your profile, every journey, checkpoint, note and photo, your home area, your public stories and their photos, and your consent records. It cannot be undone. Copies in our providers’ backups expire on their normal schedule; a minimal record that the account was deleted (without its contents) is kept to show the request was carried out.
